As one of the first gas factories built in Lebanon, this project spreading on 16,000m2 is designed with an extreme care for the environment using solar energy as a main electrical power system allowing maximum sustainability. Designing a green landscaped space and diminishing the impact of the factory on the land is one of the main concerns while planning and designing.
This technical project was built according to international specifications taking into consideration
drawbacks and fire rated studies. The project is divided into 3 steel structures, oxygen plants,
acetylene plants, storage and office building located on the entrance. The acetylene plant was
located at the end of the narrow land putting it away from the public reach allowing more security
and privacy. A trash and waste recycling system was created at the top end of the project
allowing an additional eco-friendly approach.
The circulation in and out of the project was studied carefully allowing an easy access and drop
off.
